Which data do we collect and how do we record them?

The data is collected when we receive it from you, e.g. when registering online (the data is transmitted in encrypted form). The data is used to fulfill contractual obligations (Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR), in the context of balancing interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 f GDPR), on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 a GDPR) and on the basis of legal requirements (Art. 6 Para. 1 c GDPR). We also collect this data in order to be able to offer you the best possible service. We are legally obliged to keep this data for up to 10 years.

We collect and process the following data:

  • Master data for contacting (e.g. name and address)
  • Order data (as part of the ordering process)
  • Correspondence (e.g. correspondence)
  • Data in the context of the trade or account management required for you

Who gets my data?
Your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless there is a corresponding consent or the legal basis requires it. A typical case for this would be:

  • Public bodies / supervisory authorities
  • Lawyers / notaries
  • Tax advisor / tax office / auditor

An exception to this is, of course, the transfer to e.g. Logistics service provider, when sending (info) materials by post, here it is necessary that your data is used. In doing so, we always make sure that we only use absolutely necessary data, the subject of data minimization.

(Contact-)forms
If you contact us via a (contact) form, the data you enter from the form will be stored by us for processing your matter and for any follow-up questions, in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions are excluded, e.g. Retention periods.

Facebook-Pixel
We are using the Facebook-Pixel for statistical purposes. By using a cookie, we can measure and analyse our Facebook marketing activities and improve them. Widgets
On some of our pages we are using widgets provided by tradingview.com. TradingView itself uses – i.a. for statistical purposes – so-called web beacons (counting pixels) in connection with the services of Google Analytics. Excerpt from the privacy policy of TradingView: "Web beacons only collect limited information, including a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the web beacon resides. SSL/TLS encryption
This site is using a SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, e.g. registration for the massage that you send to us. An encrypted connection is indicated by the fact that the address bar of the browser shows https:// and a lock symbol is displayed. If SSL/TLS encryption is active, transmitted data can not be read by third parties.

Server-Log-Files
Log-Files are automatically created and stored by our hosting provider. In doing so, our provider does not store personal data of website visitors, so that no conclusions can be drawn on the individual visitor. No cookies are used. The following data are collected:

  • Referrer (previously visited website)
  • Requested website or file
  • Browser type and browser version
  • Used operating system
  • Used device type
  • Time of access
  • Anonymous IP address (used only to determine the location of access)

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Information, revocation and deletion of data
You can contact us at any time for questions on the collection, processing or use of your personal data, which takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR, and their rectification, deletion or revocation of a given consent to us. We point out that you have the right to correct incorrect data or to delete personal data, unless we can prove that there are compelling reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing of the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.
